You will need a valid email address to buy tickets online. This is where your confirmation and ticket number will be sent to. When visiting the centre, tickets may be shown in printed format or on a mobile device.
The tickets you buy are non-refundable. However, we do understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may occasionally need to amend your booking.. This is of course subject to availability and will only be available if transferring to the same booking type.
Transferring tickets – You must call the Centre or email before the date of the booking to be able to transfer the booking. After that we will not transfer the booking.
Refunding tickets – we do not refund tickets, but if you cannot make the booking due to an emergency, then at the Managers discretion, a refund may be offered with a cancellation fee of £3.00. Any request for a refund must be made by email or call the Centre at least 24 hours before the booking date and time.
Postponing tickets – You will need to call or email the Centre to postpone your tickets at least 24 hours prior to the booking date and time. The booking will only be postponed by up to 4 weeks and a new date given at the time of postponement.
Tickets are only valid for the date and session booked.
Any extras like lasertag purchased on line are not refundable or transferable.
At peak times you will need to leave the Centre when your session has finished. You will be made aware of the end of your booking by an announcement.
