Party Terms and Conditions
Party Payments
  • Your deposit of £25 secures your party booking.
  • The deposit is non-refundable.
  • There is a minimum charge of 10 guests per party
  • Please note your party is not confirmed until deposit of £25 is paid.
  • Final payment is due on the day of your party as soon as all guests have arrived.

Variations by Us
  • We reserve the right to change the content of any booking or party package without prior notice.

  • We do not refund any deposits paid.
  • We will reschedule the party with up to one weeks notice. This will be to any available date.

Party Bookings
  • Party bookings are for a minimum of 10 Children and that includes the Birthday Child/ Children.
  • Maximum party numbers are based on the room / area allocated at the time of booking.
  • Please be advised that due to the nature of our party business, there could be other parties on at the same time as yours. The building is not exclusive to your party unless booked as a private hire after hours.
  • Your chosen party room is reserved for you exclusively for the half hour of food service and not for the whole duration of your party.

Rules and Responsibilities
We hope you enjoy your party with us.
  • Fun Farm standard rules of play apply. Our rules of play can be found on our website.
  • The party organiser should arrive 10 minutes before the start of the party.
  • The party organiser must inform Fun Farm staff of any food allergies or similar important facts concerning all Children within their party.
  • Parents who bring siblings that are not part of the party will be charged at the standard entrance price on the day. The party parent organiser can choose to either be charged for extra siblings on the day or ask the reception team to charge the guests upon entry.
  • The party parent organiser and the parents are responsible for the Children at all times.
  • The parties are a two hour time slot.
  • No catering can be brought in to the centre by the party parent organiser or guests except for the celebration cake.

Terms and Conditions of Entry Loyalty Card
  • One loyalty stamp per paying Child.
  • This offer is only available for pay and play guests. Excludes party entry.
  • Loyalty cards cannot and will not be combined.
  • The loyalty card must be stamped on payment of entry or with proof of on line payment at point of entry.
  • The loyalty card has no cash value and is non- transferable between guests
  • Fun Farm Lincoln ltd reserves the right to suspend the offer without prior notice.
  • Normal entry terms and conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions of Free Return Visit
  • When you pay for one visit you can come back for one more for free before closing time on the following Friday.
  • Offer valid between Saturday and Friday inclusive.
  • Receipt of payment will be required.
  • Cannot be used on same day as purchase.
  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Excludes February and October half term.
  • The offer has no cash value and is non-transferable to other guests.
  • Fun Farm Lincoln Ltd reserves the right to suspend the offer without notice.
  • Normal rules of entry apply.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

Terms and Conditions of Hungry Monkeys after School offer
  • This offer is valid Monday to Friday term time only.
  • This offer is valid for entry after 3 pm only.
  • This is offer is non-transferable and non- refundable.
  • This offer is available in line with Lincolnshire School term time only.
  • The offer includes one meal from our standard Childrens menu.
  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
